Children may born with 'gold spoon' but not with bad
character.It is the parent's guidence and surveillance
determines their character.
So as a parent you must guide them properly to become
a good citizen to our nation also to your family.
"Akio Morita" who is the founder of the world best
communication and entertainment giant "Sony" was born
only in a small town.
His father was a traditional type where as Morita was
contemporary.Morita used to think every thing on a
positive side.
His idea for a packet radio satisfy today the millions
of people as a mobile entertainment kit.
The idea of developing the packet radio came as a spark
in his mind on seeing the statue of another world best
communication giant "Dr.Philip",founder of world famous
'Philips'.
Morito into action and developed the concept of packet
radio on seeing the statue of "Dr.Philip".
The only thing in his mind at that time was
"When Philip can do" "Why can't me".
The result of such rationale and positive thinking made him
to develop the "Sony" packet radio,which is now satisfying
the millions of peoples around the world as a mobile radio,
easy to fit in their packet and also to their ear also.
Now the "Sony" has developed as a communication giant whether
it may be a TV, or a mobile phone.
If Akio Morito has not acted positively on seeing the statue
of Dr.Philip the world would not have experienced
the revolution in the field of communication.
You can hang the picture of "Akio Morito" in a place where
your children's attention is drawn regularly.
You can hang it over behind the TV or in their Bed room or in
a place where you think that it can draw their attention much.

consciously or unconsciously record in the minds of your
children.

the subconscious mind will give positive ideas or thoughts

he is made genius by the circumstances and guidance.

As a parent you must have the leadership qualities of tolerance,
motivation,humanity,good behaviour,love and affection.
If the leader is worst then the followers will also be
worst.
You should have the leadership qualities.If a good
follower is developed then he will also lead his followers
the same way you did and the world can see an another
respectable leader and law abiding citizen.
Another important aspect is that you should find out your
children's ability or their interest from their
behaviour.
Explore the children's ability and interest from their
activity,speech,clarification,when they are between the age
of 5 and 10.
You should ensure that their ability and interest should
be only towards their welfare.
You should constantly explain to them and create circumstances
for achieving their ability.
Leaders or personalities who have achieved good results
similar to the aim of your children should be repeatedly
made known to them.
Means of visual remembrance like images and bio-graphy of
well known personalities will yield good results in this regard.
Another important aspect you should concentrate is that
the children should be motivated for self-reliant for
all their needs.Of course it will be very difficulty for
them in the initial stage of their age to become self-reliant
for their needs.
They can be helped in the initial stage for all their needs
like eating,bathing,dressing,placing the things in a proper
place.But you should not help them always.They should be trained
properly so that they will be independent for all
their needs in future.
Further you must explain your children to have their regular exercise.
Once they become interested in doing exercise they will
know the importance of keeping the body well and they won't
be addicted to any bad habits also.
You should motivate them to read epics of all religion.
They convey good message for the benefit of mankind
in their own style.
No religion or epic encourages hat redness among peoples.
The unique aim of all epics and religion in this world
are aimed towards love,humanity,brotherhood, and good morale.
Good communication and pronunciation training to
your children by you will be very useful for their better
future.
It is natural that the children will find it very hard
to communicate or pronunciation,in the initial stage.
However you should train them for a better pronunication
and presentation so that they cannot face any awkward
situation or feel inferiority complex among other children.
When the children are born in this world they are like
a small plant.
The plant can be seen as a big tree,giving fruits to
many more decades to the present and future generation
only if it is properly preserved.
