Talking About Struggle
We all wonder why we must struggle in life. But a closer look will tell us that the secret is right inside us...
In many an occasion I am asked "how can I stop struggling?".
It is true that in the course of the day (at home, at work, with our friends...) there are always interactions that leave us with a sinking feeling:
"I should have said..."; "...and then he said..."; "Who does she think she is..."; "I can't stand it any more!"... and so on.
I read somewhere that struggle is expressed as anger, anxiety, worry, uncomfort, reactions of any kind, rebellion...in a word, "Resistance to What It Is".
What does this mean? - you may want to ask.
When we accept our "present" exactly as it is "presented" to us, we stop struggling.
Lesson 1
In "Conversations with God" (Neale Donald Walsch) we are told that:
Pre-sent = Sent in advance.
Present = Gift.
So, the Present is a Gift that we have Pre-sent to ourselves in order to experience a lesson. This lesson involves growth and the development of strategies that will strengthen our soul, our mind, our spirit, our emotional self.
When we say "I don't like my Present" we are doing ourselves wrong. We are saying that we didn't create the right circumstances in order to learn the lesson we need. But this is not possible because the Present is Perfect (maybe not pleasant, but certainly perfect!).
Lesson 2
Accept = Open your hands, open your heart and TAKE what is presented.
We can only
be given what we are capable of accepting! - If your hands are not open to accept, we can not manifest our gifts and abundance.
So when you ask for something, are you making sure that you are opening your heart to allow it in your life, are you making space for this new abundance?.
Acceptance of what is presented to us = Healing.
Healing = Go with the flow, total lack of resistance.
When we are able to accept the things in our lives (people, circumstances, jobs, illnesses, "imperfections", limitations...) and we are able to acknowledge the good, we are sailing through a sea of energy on a boat named "Lessons I have been appointed". And so we can become teachers for others, beacons in the dark... Great responsibility but also great rewards.
But, how do I connect with this "Letting Go" or the secret of a happy life?
Well, when you find in your Heart a seed of Compassion for those who are making it so difficult for you, will transform your struggle into true abundance.
But don't take my word for it. Experiment it and you will see MIRACLES taking place in your life...
