Anti-Aging: Bog People Preserved By Peat
The remains of several hundreds of people-- men, women, and children--have surface in the bogs of peatlans in northwestern Europe, particularly in Ireland, Great Britain, the Netherlands, northern Germany, and Denmark. These people that were found, are astonishingly well-preserved with nearly all of thier fingernails, hair, and teeth in excellent condition. How is this imaginable when the dates range from 8000 B.C. to the early medieval times?
The peat (Sometimes called Moor Mud or Moor Peat) held in the bogs has astonishing preserving properties which lend to its ability to both combat aging and enhance wellness. Peat has excellent moisture- retaining properties which enhances skin elasticity.
When peat is applied to the skin, it is asorbed for the most part between the epidermis cells of the skin, producing an exchange reaction of ions is produced when the binding process with albumin in your skin occurs. The harmful positive ions in the skin tissues over taken by and exchanged for rejuvenating negative ions in your moor peat. These particles are caught by the blood vessels in the system, carried throughout your body to aid healing.
The rejuvenating benefits can be attributed to your abundance of essential oils, fatty acids and lipoids. These properties absorb into the your skin re-establishing your skin's natural pH balance. When you use the moor peat to your skin, the increased rate of flow of blood to the skin can be witnessed by the intensifying of vividness seen on your skin when the peat is washed off. This characteristic of Moor Peat makes it most effective as an addition to any anti-aging and beauty regime for your skin.
The soluble organic and inorganic active components leave your skin detoxified, purified, and strengthened. It's of course hypoallergenic and potent and yet gentle.
The anti-inflammatory, germicidal astringent and its bioavailability qualities of Moor Peat make an excellent skin treatment both for healthy and troubled skin.
It has been uncovered to be helpful in dealing with acne, eczema, psoriasis, burns, scars, stretch marks, and cellulite. For Cellulite, an inflammation of the subcutaneous tissues caused by a build up of toxins, poor blood circulation and fluid retention due to weak lymphatic flow, Moor Peat improves both the inflammation and its causes, making it an excellent treatment for cellulite and an aid to weight loss.
In fine spas Moor Peat (or Moor Mud) is regularly used as bath, body wrap, and facial treatments. Costs for treatments can be as high as $150 for a body wrap, $100 for a bath, and $85 for a mud masque or facial mask. These spa treatments can be executed successfully at home for fraction of the cost by purchasing fine quality Moor Peat from a prime supplier such as Moor Mud Baths (http://www.moormudbaths.com).
