Read and learn the purchase contract not only to facilitate your transactions but also to capture clients at open houses and listing presentations. By explaining clauses of the contract to the potential client, you are building credibility within yourself that you are a professional, capable realtor. For example, explain the seller's maintenance obligations to the client regarding their responsibilities under the agreement. They will leave the meeting feeling confident that you are experienced and competent .
