Make your perfect lover come to life
Make your perfect lover come to life
Think of everything you've ever imagined the perfect lover should be and have. Now write down all those details and get ready to plunge into an amazingly effective visualization technique. Make your perfect lover come to life... But bear this in mind: universal energy and thought know no literary devices, so keep literal and precise. Remember the old saying: "Beware of that which you wish, because you will get it."
First step: Focus on the essentials of the perfect lover, everything you wish him/her to be and possess.
Second step: Shape the perfect lover to your liking, look at him/her with your mind's eyes, so that you can then see him/her with your actual eyes, when (s)he shows up. Picture him/her as a reality, here and now, in the present time.
Write down a set of affirmations that can shape him/her up, like: "I have found the man/woman of my dreams. (S)He is understanding, helpful, supportive and caring. Sex is downright ecstatic. We were made to be together and (s)he is just as amazed as I am". Don't put down, however, one name in particular. Just let yourself be carried away by the law of attraction and trust in universal energy.
Third step: Do a complete breathing cycle once you have settled on a clear picture for your visualization.
Fourth step: Visualize your perfect lover according to the affirmations you have created. The technique is intended to have you rekindle your ability to love, from deep down inside you, and to enable you to recognize your lover in the outside world.
Fifth step: Create,
through thought and feeling, the inner platform of love by means of daily meditation and visualization. This way, you'll be convinced that you are loved and accepted unconditionally; no second bests for you, just the perfect lover.
Bringing together the wisdom of old, the book Sex and the Perfect Lover offers clear guidance for true erotic happiness and pleasure. Adapted to our own times, the work is especially directed to the members of our competitive society who lack the time and space to keep passion in a relationship or a true bond of tenderness and affection. To those couples that wish to enrich their relationship, Sex and the Perfect Lover offers valuable tips to increase harmony, growth, and sexual pleasure and invites them to explore ecstatic experiences that can open up their hearts to a happy life.
