Super Sponsor vs. Smart Sponsor

It's hard to keep your senses when you've met Super Sponsor.
She's so enthusiastic, and ready to "tear this business up,"
with you by her side!
Finally! You think. Someone who can show me the ropes
in network marketing and who really wants to help me! So
you pull out your credit card and join her.
When your card clears, things begin to change.
Super Sponsor is off with her dynamic personality, making
big bucks - for HER! (Or him).
Saying something over her shoulder like, "I'll place you hear
under Bob, and as soon as you show me you're serious, and
sponsor three, I'll be there for you, too! If you have
questions, call Bob."
You feel betrayed. You joined with Super Sponsor because
you needed to learn HOW to sponsor three! And now your
right back where you started. Trying to figure out on your
own how you can become more like Super Sponsor, because
that's the KEY to success in MLM.
Or is it??
These next few lines could be the most important you ever
read about MLM, IF you take them to heart.
The key to success in MLM, has nothing to do with becoming
more like Super Sponsor! The key is to be yourself.
The Super Sponsor approach only works if you have that
dynamic personality to begin with. Most people DON'T
have a Super Sponsor personality, and they never will!
Does that mean if your not a dynamic, dazzling Super
Sponsor type, you will never achieve your dreams of
financial independence? Yes!
IF you become mesmerized by the Super Sponsor, and
think you must try to become like her to succeed.
There are other options.
As far as finding the right opportunity goes, it's not easy to
find one that caters to you, and other "Smart Sponsor" types,
because they are usually not so outlandish.
No big promises are made because EVERY opportunity,
bar none depends on what YOU do with it. For anyone to
tell you that you will make X amount in a certain length
of time, is untrue. You'll make as much money as you
EARN - no more, no less!
You won't find real business opportunities shouting at you
from your inbox, "Hey! Look at ME - I'm the next BIG thing!!"
They are too dignified to claim they are right for everyone.
So what ARE
your options?
Decide today that you are going to learn what it takes to
become a Smart Sponsor. Commit to yourself now that
you will become the kind of sponsor you wish you had.
Once you do, you can write your own ticket.
And if you're still looking for the right opportunity,
When the next Super Sponsor comes along with promises
of "easy wealth on the Internet by joining her team",
take it with a grain of salt.
Ask her to why she is well suited to be your sponsor, and
how many people she works with personally?
Most of the time, the Super Sponsors are just gathering
people to fill in a downline, and you will never get a
chance to work with them at all.
And don't let Super Sponsor convince you that you can
be like her. It has taken you a lifetime to become "you"
and if you can't be yourself in your own business, what
is the point?
It would just be an agonizing and stressful experience.
Starting your own business is a serious decision, but once
you know what you want, building it your way is the only
way to make it fun and exciting! Decide today that if a
business can't be built the way YOU want to build it, then
you'll pass.
So, if you want to be able to work, say from home 100%,
never attend a meeting, never have to send bulk email,
working exclusively online, with no selling or hype,
then do NOT stop looking until you find THAT opportunity!
It's out there. And when you find it, you'll know it. No one
will need to hype you or sell you on it. THEN you'll find it
hard to sleep at night.
It's worth looking for. It will take some work. And the payoff
CAN be enormous - just like the Super Sponsors claim - but
with one big difference.
You don't have to deal with the agony of attempting to
become someone you're not.
So don't stop looking until you find the right business and a
Smart Sponsor. Someone who has a real home/Internet
business with a proven system in place for you to follow,
with their guidance. It's worth it!
