With years of serious research behind them, these researchers are now convinced that garlic and aged garlic extract has been highly effective in reducing the two leading causes of death, cancer and heart disease and extending life itself.
Studies suggest that a daily dose of cooked garlic or garlic extract along with good eating habits and o good lifestyle can substantially reduce the risks of cancer and cardiovascular disease in society. It works as an antioxidant, antibacterial and intestinal anti-parasitic too. Most importantly it reduces the cholesterol and helps in losing weight.
So, add a dash of garlic to your palate as it not only adds a distinct taste, but works as well. But always remember, a healthy diet paired with regular physical exercise is the real key to weight loss.
