Dealing with Debt Collectors
In depth article explaining how to deal with debt collectors
How debt collectors and creditors find you and avoiding it.
Quite possibly you owe a debt, yep, you’re a debtor and you’re being hounded nonstop. Just because you owe money doesn't mean you have to sacrifice your sanity or privacy. There are ways to protect your privacy if trying to work with the creditor has gotten you no where.
I am going to tell you what they do, how they operate and how to protect yourself. I for one, am not from the “school of thugs” where debtor prison still wins out.
If you owe a debt you should pay it, but for millions of American's they find the debt collection process a total nightmare. No one cares if you are out of work, overburdened with debt, or are disabled. They just want the money and sometimes at your mental and physical well-beings’ expense.
Creditors don't usually track debtors down. Their in-house collection procedures go about as far as a few series of letters and phone calls followed up by a few threats to turn the account over to a collection agency.

Trust me when I say, I have been in the office of debt collectors who are lined up with headphones at their computers placing odds on who will get that elusive debtor that all the other collectors have failed to find.
He has many tactics, good one's too, one's you have probably never even thought of. How does he keep finding you? Calling your relatives, neighbors, ex-boss even your ex-girlfriend and no matter how many times you have changed your phone number or moved, he always finds you.
Debt collectors may have been born with an innate sense to smell you out, but doubtfully. They use many tools to locate debtors and have an arsenal at their disposal. Especially collection agencies. Read More>> http://www.carreonandassociates.com/avoidingdebtcollectors.htm
