· Think what you want to be in your life. Also think about your own abilities, your means and how far and how much you can develop these. · Come to a firm decision about your basic objective. · Write your goal in a clear and specific statement. There should not be any confusion about it. · Study and learn all that you can do to achieve your goal. · Fix a time limit for achieving your goal. Fix when you will begin and when you expect to finish.

Achieving The Goal: After finalizing the goal and even starting with the path does not guarantee the goal to be achieved. There are some characteristics, which are essential to achieve the set goals.
