Drink Tea!

Tea dates back about 5,000 years. It has always been believed that tea had medicinal benefits. Now more than ever tea is believed to cure disease and maintain and enhace your health. Tea has always had a social aspect. In Great Britain, everyday at 4 P.M. is tea time. In China tea has been used as a social drink in the teahouses, and always as a beverage with meals and as a medical treatment. Teas take the place of pills, vitamins, tablets, even some cancer treatments.

Teas are believed to cure disease. These are brewed from the leaves, flowers and roots of the


plant. Wolfberry is good for the kidneys, eyes, liver, and strength. Chrysanthemum is said to be good for the eyes. Jiaogulan reduces fat, blood pressure and all kinds of cancers. It may also help wrinkles on the face. Hawthorne is for skin, and indigestion. The flower of this tea plant can reduce fever and swelling.

Tea is used the world over and at least 5 billion people drink it worldwide.
