Every winter, there are many reasons to worry about the flu. This year we are doing the same thing, but to an even greater extent. Because we do not have the precise new bacterin ready for immediate use, scientists continue to warning people to pay close attention to the virus mutation. The fact that we have a flu shot today doesn’t mean we are protected from a new flu virus from mutation tomorrow. We
must understand this fact. Many people still believe “one flu shot will do it all” and it is a mistake for people to lose sight of the risk of a new virus!

What is the best way to protect yourself if the current bacterin is not effective against tomorrow’s new flu virus? If we really care about our resistance to flu, we must give deep thought to those questions!
