A Toolbar For Each
A Toolbar For Each
by: William R. Nabaza of http://www.Nabaza.com
A toolbar will contain your logo, url, links to products, features, benefits, and search box, your blogs, news, your profiles, and many more. It is easily accessible by your prospects/clients from their MSIE ( http://www.nabaza.com/isp.htm ) or Firefox browser ( http://www.nabaza.com/browser.htm ) always constantly reminding your prospects/clients about your presence.
A toolbar opens up your site's pages by the click of a mouse and parades them to your prospects/client's eyes. Hence, it's very effective branding and marketing, for your site is always open on your prospects/clients browsers. Unfortunately, huge companies like Microsoft, Google and Yahoo can only afford to have a toolbar for they costs too much. Some are priced an arm and a leg. Some toolbar companies will charge you set up fee (usually for their programming/customization of your toolbar), monthly hosting for the executable file or the activeX code (usually they will not give it to you), and sometimes a cent for every use that will download, install and use your toolbar on their browser. And when it's time for you to update your links, it will require another payment for them and you will need to contact every user or person that downloaded your toolbar if you can still remember them, or if you have their email addresses. They need to remove your toolbar, uninstall, download and install your newly updated toolbar. Very inconvenient for both toolbar owner and users. Don't ever fall for toolbar companies that will charge you like that. I highly favor sites that offers their toolbar on a cobranded service.
Alexa ( http://www.nabaza.com/alexa.htm ) - gives you the chance to cobrand their toolbar as long as you distribute the toolbar with your logo and their logo. Gives you alexa ranking on every toolbar and great way to rank your site more often.
Hotbar ( http://www.nabaza.com/hotbar.htm ) - gives you nice skin that goes with the toolbar.
Ysb ( http://www.nabaza.com/ysb.php ) - toolbar company called Internet Search Technologies that pays you to create your own toolbar, give it away and for every download/install, top payment is U.S.$0.25 per install for North American users. They even give you activex code to put on your site for autoprompting (not autoinstall). Of course, if you don't want it installed then it will not be installed.
Effectivebrand ( http://www.nabaza.com/toolbar.htm ) adds toolbar enhancements such as popup blocker,
history/cache cleaner, and spyware blocker.
Nabaza.com Toolbar is also willing to design a free toolbar for you, just email me your icon (16x16), 15 major links to your sites to william@nabaza.com with Subject:"A Toolbar For Each" and I'll reply back with your executable file, usually 70+kb or less than 100kb in size. I'll give you a search box or you provide a search url of your own. Your links can be updated once a month for free so please plan well what url to include. Distribute it to as many people as you like. It's unlimited free distribution and royalty-free.
Where can you promote your toolbar?
(1) On your frontpage - first and foremost
(2) On every page of your site using iframe for easy download of client
(3) Offer it as freebie or an add-on download for your products
(4) Submit it on software directories ( http://ww.nabaza.com/submit.htm )
(5) Give it to your downlines
(6) Place it's download link on thank you pages
(7) Place it's download link on your testimonial pages
(8) In your email signature
(9) In your forum signature
(10) Bundle it with your ebooks
(11) Mention it when you sign a guestbook
(12) Write an article about it regarding the benefits and features
(13) Include it in your social networking profiles ( http://www.nabaza.com/globalnetworking.htm )
(14) Create a banner for it and join different banner exchanges
(15) Join different traffic exchangers ( http://www.nabaza.com/traffic.htm )
(16) Announce it to free safelists, and blasters ( http://www.nabaza.com/safelist.htm )
(17) Include it in your newsletters or ezines
(18) Include it in your press release
(19) Include it in your blogs
(20) Include it in your desktop alerts
