EQUITY CAPITAL FOR SERIOUS ENTREPRENEURS
THE HOWS AND WHATS
How good is your project? How much do you believe in it? How much of yourself and your own monies have you committed to it? How much of it do you control? How long have you been searching for funds? How many presentations have you already done? What are you willing to do to find the money? How far will you travel?
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking SERIOUS entrepreneurs with solid, well thought out packages. If you’ve gone beyond the startup stage, all the better. That means you are serious and committed. And acting on your dream.
THE DETAILS Your package should require from USD 1M to 25M. (Larger packages will be considered but would be syndicated by the investor. That means more people have to approve it.)
Some details. You’ll be happy to know there are no front end fees. Even happier to know there are no back end fees, either. No games here.
If you need to have all the answers in advance, stop reading here as this deal is not for you. The basics are that the funders are a private Asian trust. They’ve been in business since the late 1940s. They are tough, but fair, investors. And what they invest in primarily are people, not projects. Yes, your project and plans must be sound. But who you are is the most important criteria.
WHAT YOU'LL GET FROM US Those are the basics I can offer you. I’ve an FAQ file to send you which answers other questions, but details of who and where they are will NOT be forthcoming. If invited, you’ll be gambling your time and travel expenses to meet with them wherever they happen to be holding their next meeting. Bangkok? The US? South Africa? South America? Vienna? London? If that’s where they’re
meeting, you’ll be expected to go. Too risky for your blood? Again, stop reading here as this deal is not for you.
DO YOU FIT?
What sort of projects will they look at? Pretty much anything except dot com projects (understandable) or a mining project in the wilds of Venezuela.
WHAT TO DO
Your first risk? Send us a short Executive Summary of your business plan. We’ll send you a template of what they’d like to see in that Executive Summary. If you don’t have a business plan, you’re not yet ready for prime time. All documents, btw, must be in English.
If this doesn’t seem to fit you, please pass it along to someone who might need it. And, if s/he gets an offer, be sure they let me know it was YOU who sent them. We actually enjoy paying commissions.
Ready to play?
THE "DO IT NOW" PART
Email Me Give me a short description of your project and how much you need. DO NOT send any attachments.
I’ll respond as quickly as possible as I do travel. You WILL get an answer. If your project seems to fit the funder’s parameters, I’ll send you the FAQ file and the Executive Summary template.
Simple. Let’s get going.
