Let us look at another scenario where you order for a product
over the phone. While you are still placing the order, the sales
guy at the other end checks the inventory stocks and confirms
your order. If the product is not available, he reorders it by
the click of the button and informs you of the time when it will
be shipped. He could go a step further, authenticate your voice
on his computer, check your bank accounts, debit your account
immediately for the sale and send a message to the dispatch
department to dispatch the order, all of this while you are
still placing the order.
These are just a few examples that show how phone VoIP can be
utilized innovatively to gain competitive advantage. But the
possibilities are unlimited and it depends upon individuals and
the industry how they further develop the technology to their
advantage.

In the future, phone VoIP will force individuals, companies and
organizations to rethink the way they manage their daily
activities or conduct business.Looking at the rate at which
usage is expanding, it is estimated that many new entrants will
emerge in the phone VoIP service provider bandwagon. The
technology will evolve, improve and regulatory measures shall
favor growth. Another emerging trend is wireless VoIP, which
will provide the users with the cost benefits of regular VoIP
phone service and the mobility of cellphone service.
