Article writing; the art of attracting website visitors
If you have just built a new website, or have an existing website, then you
are now at the stage where you are wondering how to let the internet world in general know so that you can start receiving those highly desirable daily website visitors.
Although you will be bombarded with advertisements on the internet willing to
charge you for sending visitors to your site probably the oldest and most proven method of obtaining targeted visitors to your site will be by the power of writing
articles and having them published on article sites.
The process of writing articles is not so daunting as you may imagine and a short
article of approximately 500 words can soon bring you a steady flow of visitors to your site interested in seeing exactly what you have created and what will be of interest to them.
Try to write your articles in a basic form without using long or unusual words so that it is easy to read and at all times try to make the article interesting, you will know from your own experience that if you start to read some text you will soon lose interest and move on to another item if the article is boring or written without any imagination.
At the base of your article you will then need to add your
name and links to your site in the resource box provided by the article directories, this in effect is the advertising links you wish the readers to click on. It is always worth tempting your readers here with some snippet of information that will make them want to visit your site to see more of what you can offer them.
Having written your article then submit it to as many article directories as possible to give the maximum exposure and in return gain you the most visitors to your site. Each article directory site that you submit your article to will be not only another output source for your article but each will also provide you with a back link to your website which in return will help to increase your popularity with the major search engines.
Again this popularity with the search engines will provide you with website visitors and by combining all these elements together will result in your website becoming more and more popular, an onward going formula for success.
