Diabetic illness does'nt make pain - so you don't feel it!
Recognizing diabetes mellitus is difficult already
Many gotten sick ones do not come at all on the idea, it could be sugar ill. With many complaints diabetes frequently different causes are assumed. A healthy sugar household functions as follows: the body from the food wins the sugar (glucose) (e.g. out coal hydrates
in bread, potatoes, fruit etc.).
Over the bloodstream glucose is transported to all body cells, which accept and for power production use it. In the healthy body the interrelation between sugar values in the blood and sugar admission is balanced into the cells. The sugar concentration in the blood is measured by special feelers to each time and steered via the brain.
If the sugar mirror is high (e.g. after a meal), an instruction is issued to the pancreas (= Pancreas), to produce a special hormone with name insulin. Insulin thereupon set free and it conveys to the body cells as
messenger that they are to take up sugars from the blood. The cells for their part understand the language of the insulin over certain antennas, which are called insulin receptors. By the admission of sugar into the cells the sugar value in the blood sinks. The brain registers
the change and gives the instruction to the pancreas to reset the production of insulin. With diabetes is disturbed this rule mechanism co-ordinated finely one on the other.
But there are mainly two causes, and therefore diabetes is divided also in two different types (type I and type II).
Diabetes type I:
Insulin lack with diabetes the type I is not the pancreas any more able to produce sufficient insulin. For unknown reasons the body-own defences system attacks the insulin-producing cells in the pancreas and destroys it (autoimmune illness). Predominantly younger humans are
particularly concerned. It comes frequently to the outbreak of the illness before that the patient is 40th year old, usually even before that 30th year old). Diabetes type I is the most frequent of all
hormonal caused illnesses in
child and juvenile age, and the number of the children concerned constantly increases. The reason for this is however at present just as unsettled as the
exact causes of the disease emergence.
Diabetes type II:
Insulin resistance with diabetes the type II is disturbed
the speech communication between the body cells and the insulin. The pancreas actually produces sufficient insulin, but the admission of sugar from the blood into the body cells is disturbed (insulin resistance). The blood
sugar mirror is super elevated thereby constantly which leads in the long term to multiple damages at the most different organs and fabrics.
This diabetes type is the by far more frequent (90%) and steps predominantly in the middle and later age (starting at the age of 40th). In most cases (80%) diabetes type II is connected with predominance. During the designation
one differentiates therefore the normal weighty (diabetes type II A) of the over-weighty (diabetes type II b).
Recognizing diabetes mellitus is difficult already. Many gotten sick ones do not come at all on the idea, it could be sugar ill.
How we can protect us? Take care with your daily food - check every year yourBlood analyses - be carefully to hold your normal weight! If you feel you Everyday tired - you don't have pleasure to make some sport - you should made the check by your doctor.
