Rebounding The Perfect Exercise
I want to make clear there is a difference between being in shape and being healthy. We have all known people who might have been very fit people or athletes that had some defect in their genes or genetic problem and died prematurely. On the other hand joe couch potatoe has a pot belly, smokes, and seems to be in perfect working order. Although I pride myself on looking good, I would rather be healthy when it comes right down to it.
REBOUNDING: Is an exercise that can get you healthy. It is a mini trampoline which stimulates your lymphatic system this helps us to eliminate waste and consists of millions of tiny channels.
This system relies on exercise and deep breathing, although unlike the heart muscle it doesn't have a pump. All you do is get on the apparatus and just move around. It is the PERFECT EXERCISE for anyone. Especially if you have disablities, joint
pain, need low impact exercise. And for the people who want to make it intense they can do various exercise movements without the pounding. You can also do resistance exercise with it.
It may not get you looking like a "greek god" but if you are looking to get healthy from the "inside out" there is nothing better than REBOUNDING. By stimulating the lymphatic system it help fight against colds, flus, and tiredness.
