Well hold on to your seat because you are about to learn a whole new way of doing cardio and burning fat that will turn your body into a fat burning machine and still pack on the muscle.
I have been working on natural bodybuilding for the last 3 years, and it has taken me 2 and a half years to realize I was going about it completely the wrong way. I am sure you have all been there before. Atkins, low carb, low calorie, low fat, low anything you can name.
Sure some of it works but I noticed that when I was trying to loose excess fat from a bulking season and become shredded for summer I would loose between 10 and 15 pounds of muscle. Surely there had to be a better way?
Well what I found out revolutionized not only the intensity, results and gains from my normal workouts but took my fat burning to a completely new level.
It is a common belief that by doing cardio sessions for 30 and 40 minutes at a time is the ultimate zone for fat burning. THEY ARE WRONG.
What I learnt next shocked me to the very core.
You can burn more fat, loose less muscle and actually still gain muscle with 16 minutes of cardiovascular training a day. So how do you achieve this amazing feat?
MAX OT training style and more importantly MAX OT cardio.
You see there is something special about the entire way MAX OT has been designed, it works for maximum overload, maximum intensity to deliver you the results that you

I can honestly say that it has done more then I expected for me then any other training program ever has. I was able to add 40 pounds to my bench press and 80 pounds to my squat in about 2 months, not to mention dropping 4 percent body in fat.
