It is a very tough job market now days. You have to have
additional skills, or in other words you have to differentiate
your self from others, to be successful. A little careful study
and practice will give you an edge over the others and you will
come out with flying colors. There are basically three steps to
follow before you get final appointment letter in your hands.
Most of good companies will follow these steps, however, a few
could skip one or two to save their time and cost.
First step: The very first step for getting a job is to be able
